{T}: Add {G}.
Threshold — This creature gets +3/+3 as long as there are seven or more cards in your graveyard.
Card Details
Mana CostCharacter Background
Werebear is a deceptively efficient common that fits best in proactive midrange and threshold-based value decks, with a secondary role in slower green shells that want an early mana accelerator. At just {1}{G}, it starts as a modest 1/1 that taps for {G}, effectively smoothing your curve and letting you jump from early setup into stronger plays. The real payoff comes once seven cards hit your graveyard: it becomes a 4/4, turning from humble druid into a serious board presence that can pressure life totals or block profitably. In Dominaria Remastered, it shines alongside fetch lands, cantrips, self-mill, cycling, and cheap interaction that naturally stock the graveyard. A strong deckbuilding tip is to pair Werebear with cards that trade early and often, since you want threshold online quickly without sacrificing tempo. It rewards disciplined play and makes graveyard count both a resource and a win condition.
