Character Background
Preposterous Proportions is a classic green finisher that rewards any deck built to go wide, stock the board, and then turn a stable position into an immediate kill. At seven mana, it is not for fast aggro so much as midrange, token, and ramp shells that can survive until the late game, then convert a cluttered battlefield into a sudden alpha strike. The +10/+10 bonus is enormous, but the vigilance matters just as much: your team attacks as an overwhelming force and still remains back to blunt the crackback, making this especially strong in board-stall scenarios. Deckbuilding-wise, it pairs naturally with token makers, cheap mana dorks, and creatures with trample or evasion, since a single blocked giant can still be chump-walled. It also plays well alongside effects that create lots of bodies before the finisher lands, because even small creatures become lethal threats.
