Character Background
Auramancer is a tidy little value creature that fits best in control, midrange, or enchantment-focused decks that want to recycle key pieces rather than rush the opponent. For three mana, a 2/2 body is serviceable, but the real strength is the enters-the-battlefield trigger: returning any enchantment card from your graveyard to your hand can effectively undo removal, rebuy a powerful aura or saga, or simply keep your engine running. In Dominaria Remastered, it plays like a careful scholar of lost magic, recovering the remnants of spells that shape the battlefield. Deckbuilding-wise, it shines alongside sacrifice outlets, self-mill, or enchantments with strong cast triggers, since it can turn the graveyard into a second hand. It is especially appealing in decks with cheap enchantments you expect to trade off early, or with blink effects that let you repeatedly recur the same high-impact card.
